Return policy and refunds

BabyBjörn Hong Kong does NOT accept returns at this moment, only exchanges if you wish to change product color/variation (see “Exchanges” below). If you receive a defective product, have a quality issue to report or wish to make a claim, please contact customer service for assistance ( infohk@babybjorn.com ). In the case of quality issues, BabyBjörn will offer to send a replacement product instead of the faulty one.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be issued after customer service accepts an order cancellation or after we receive a returned product (and can determine the validity of the claim, if applicable). This process takes 1-5 business days and the refund will be issued to the same account/credit card/other method of payment used to make the original purchase. We are unfortunately unable to issue a refund to any other account.

Please note that financial responsibility for the item remains with you as customer until it reaches us. Remember to keep the shipping proof/receipt until we have registered your return.

Exchanges

If you would like the item(s) in a different colour or model/version, please contact customer service and they will assist you with how to proceed. When you exercise this right, you must pay the return delivery costs.

Order cancellation

Orders are eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. To cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact our customer service at infohk@babybjorn.com. If we receive a cancellation request after an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel the delivery.

If goods are returned to BabyBjörn because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the shipping cost is not refundable.

Complaints

If you are sent a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service by sending an e-mail to infohk@babybjorn.com without delay and no later than one week after you discovered the defect.
