Shipping information
We offer free standard delivery on purchases over 500 HKD within the Hong Kong & Macao. There is a delivery charge of 100 HKD on other purchases.
Your parcel will be delivered by our logistics partner, SF Express, you can track your shipment via their website.
Delivery times
We aim to deliver items that are in stock within 2-3 working days. This estimation is based on delivery information provided by our couriers and BabyBjörn is not responsible if this varies.
Generally, if you place an order before 11.00 am (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays), we will process your order that same day.
